How to think about the future -- event in London 3 May 2013

In case anyone is in London this Friday night, 3 May 2013, I'll be taking part in a public panel discussion and question and answer session along with Nate Silver, author of the bestseller The Signal and the Noise. Other panellists will be Robert Fildes, director of the Forecasting Centre, Lancaster Business School, Gregory Mead, CEO and co-founder of Musicmetric and Jessica Bland (Chairperson), in charge of Technology Futures at the London-based and forward-thinking charity Nesta. The event will run from 18:00 to 20:00 at Shoreditch Town Hall, 380 Old Street, EC1V London. Topic: how to think about the future in which technology and data is rapidly amplifying the possibilities of making predictions.

Yes, I'm am talking about THE famous Shoreditch Town Hall, which was of course the first building in the UK to be fitted with electricity (at least Jessica Bland said so).

  6. "Jetblue Airline Airlines Change Flight Policy?

Jetblue Is A Popular Airline That Provides Affordable Air Travel To Millions Of People Each Year. However, Sometimes Plans Change, And Passengers Need To Modify Their Flights. Jetblue Airlines Change Flight In This Blog Post, We'll Explore Jetblue's Change Flight Policy And What Passengers Need To Know. Jetblue Allows Passengers To Change Or Cancel Their Flights, But The Specifics Of Their Change Flight Policy Depend On The Fare Type Purchased. There Are Three Fare Types: Blue, Blue Plus, And Blue Flex.

Passengers With Blue Fares Can Change Or Cancel Their Flights For A Fee, Which Ranges From $75-$200 Depending On The Ticket Price And The Time Of The Change. Additionally, Passengers Will Have To Pay The Difference In Fare If The New Flight Is More Expensive. Blue Plus Fares Include The Option To Change Or Cancel Flights Without Paying A Fee, But Passengers Will Still Have To Pay The Difference In Fare If The New Flight Is More Expensive.

Finally, Blue Flex Fares Allow Passengers To Change Or Cancel Flights Without Paying A Fee And Without Having To Pay The Difference In Fare. It's Worth Noting That Jetblue's Change Flight Policy Only Applies To Flights Booked Directly Through Jetblue. If The Flight Was Booked Through A Third-Party Site Or Travel Agent, Passengers Will Have To Contact Them To Make Any Changes Or Cancellations.
